The NRMA Board appointed Jan McClelland and Robert Hugh in January to fill casual vacancies, with one remaining position to be filled soon.
Jan McClelland, a Sydney-based business consultant and former senior government official, said her experience in management, human resources, corporate governance and asset management would help her to work with the Board to deliver more benefits to Members.
“As an NRMA Member who has had to rely on our wonderful patrols from time to time, I know how important good service delivery is to our Members,” says Jan. “I will work with the Board to build on this reputation.”
Robert Hugh, Principal of his own law firm, said his appointment to the NRMA Board had a special meaning for him and his family.
“The late Don Mackay [NRMA President 1991-1996] was a former legal partner and mentor. He gave his all to NRMA. I look forward to building on the results Don achieved for this iconic company,” says Robert.
